磷尾矿综合利用研究现状OA

Research status on comprehensive utilization of phosphorus tailings

磷尾矿是对磷矿石进行选矿富集后产生的固体废弃物,其长期堆放不仅会占用大量土地,还会对土壤及地下水环境造成严重威胁,且因其中含有大量有价元素,还会造成资源浪费.本文介绍了磷尾矿的来源及危害,梳理了国内磷矿石选矿工艺,总结了磷尾矿中有价元素回收方法,如浮选法、化学选矿法、磁选法等;综述了磷尾矿材料化应用研究现状,主要包括3个方面:制备建筑材料,如地质聚合物、水泥、陶瓷等;制备功能材料,如陶粒、耐火材料、阻燃剂等;其他方面,如用作路基材料、制肥料、处理废水等.加快制定新型材料标准,降低磷尾矿综合利用成本,是未来需要着力解决的问题.

Phosphate tailing s are solid waste produced after the beneficiation and enrichment of phosphate ore.Their long-term stacking will not only occupy a large amount of land,but also pose a serious threat to the soil and groundwa-ter environment,and because it contains a large number of valuable elements,it will also cause waste of resources.This paper introduces the source and harm of phosphate tailings,sorts out beneficiation processes of the main phos-phate ore in China,and summarizes the recovery methods of valuable elements in phosphate tailings,such as flotation method,chemical beneficiation method and magnetic separation method,etc.;The research status of phosphate tailings materialization application is reviewed,mainly including three aspects:preparation of building materials,such as geopolymer,cement,ceramics,etc.;preparation of functional materials,such as ceramsite,refractory,flame retardant,etc.;other aspects,such as roadbed materials,fertilizer,wastewater treatment and so on.Accelerating the formulation of new material standards and reducing the cost of comprehensive utilization on phosphorus tailings are problem that need to be solved in the future.
