辽宁海洋牧场建设发展中的法律问题研究
Research on the legal problems in the construction and development of marine ranch in Liaoning Province
摘要
Abstract
Liaoning Province,as a big coastal province in China,has been vigorously promoting the construction and development of marine pastures in order to promote the development of marine economy and enrich marine fish-ery resources,and has also achieved remarkable results.At present,most of the studies on marine ranching in Chi-na focus on marine fisheries and economic development,and few studies on the legal issues in the construction and development of marine ranching.This paper reviews the main types,development status and existing legal regula-tions of marine pastures in Liaoning Province,and puts forward some legal opinions on the legal problems existing in the construction and development of marine pastures.关键词
