Abstract
In recent years,under the influence of serious ecological damage and illegal fishing,China is facing problems such as lack of fishery resources and declining catch quality.On the basis of analyzing the necessity of fishery resources protection,the article further elaborates the existence of serious ecological damage to fishery wa-ters,the difficulties encountered in the fishing quota system,the shortcomings of the seasonal fishing moratorium system,and puts forward three proposals to protect fishery resources,such as strengthening fishery ecological envi-ronment protection,perfecting the fishery quota system and supporting measures,and improving the supervisory and management system of fishery resources,which can be used as references for the relevant policy-making depart-ments when formulating relevant policies.It also puts forward three proposals to protect fishery resources,such as strengthening fishery ecological environment protection,improving fishery quota fishing system and supporting measures,and improving fishery resources supervision and management system,which can be used as references for relevant decision-making departments when formulating relevant policies.关键词
