中国海洋塑料垃圾治理法律困境及对策研究
Research on law and countermeasure of marine plastic waste treatment in China
摘要
Abstract
At present,China's marine plastic waste pollution is becoming more and more serious,and the task of treatment is imminent.Based on the actual situation of marine plastic waste management in China,the paper analy-zes the legal dilemmas that exist in the process of marine plastic waste management in China,such as incomplete legal and regulatory system,vague governance rights and responsibilities,absence of cooperative governance sub-jects and insufficient law enforcement and supervision.It also gives solutions to improve the legal system,delimit the boundary of power and responsibility,build a multi-subject governance pattern and strengthen law enforcement and supervision.关键词
