On the balance between maritime law enforcement and civil rights
摘要
Abstract
With the increase of globalization and trade activities,the ocean plays an increasingly important role in human society.However,it also brings a new set of challenges,including how to ensure that citizens'rights are respected and protected while protecting national security and maintaining order at sea.Therefore,how to balance national security and civil rights in maritime law enforcement has become an important issue.This paper aims to discuss the issue of civil rights in the practice of maritime law enforcement,analyze the legal,policy and practical challenges behind it,and discuss the protection of civil rights in maritime law enforcement from multiple aspects such as law,policy and practice,and put forward corresponding suggestions and measures,in order to realize the harmonious coexistence of maritime law enforcement and civil rights.关键词
