Abstract
Fermentation Engineering is a core course of pharmaceutical production technology major,it plays an im-portant role in students'professional study and future employment.The article takes Fermentation Engineering course teaching into the curriculum ideology and politics as the starting point by using the superstar learning plat-form,explores the ideological and political implementation path of Fermentation Engineering course,carries out practice of the online and offline dual channel of curriculum ideology and politics in Fermentation Engineering.The practices achieve good education effect and provide guarantee for chemical and pharmaceutical enterprises to trans-port high-quality skilled talents.关键词
