半夏厚朴汤治疗痰湿阻肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床研究
Clinical Study on Pinellia and Officinal Magnolia Bark Decoction in Treating Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Syndrome of Phlegm-Dampness Obstructing the Lung

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Pinellia and Officinal Magnolia Bark Decoction on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with syndrome of phlegm-dampness obstructing the lung.Methods:A total of 73 patients with COPD with syndrome of phlegm-dampness obstructing the lung were divided into the control group with 35 cases and the observation group with 38 cases accord-ing to the random number table method.The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment,while the observation group was added Pinellia and Officinal Magnolia Bark Decoction on the basis of the control group.The changes in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease self-assessment test questionnaire(CAT)scores,serum indicators[including transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β),nuclear transcription factor-κB(NF-κB)],gastrointestinal function(including motilin,gastrin),respiratory parameters(including respiratory rate,minute ventilation,average airway pressure),and airway remodeling imaging parameters(including airway wall thick-ness,airway wall area)were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the CAT scores,TGF-β,and NF-κB levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group's above indexes were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the levels of motilin and gastrin in the two groups were higher than those in the control group,and the observation group's above levels were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the respiratory rate and average airway pressure of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the minute ventilation volume was higher than that before treatment.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the thickness and area of the airway wall in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group's above indexes were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclu-sion:Pinellia and Officinal Magnolia Bark Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and airway remodeling of COPD patients with syndrome of phlegm-dampness obstructing the lung,enhance lung function indicators,and inhibit the level of inflammatory factors.关键词
