加味麻杏石甘汤治疗小儿急性支气管炎临床研究
Clinical Study on the Treatment of Acute Bronchitis in Children with Supplemented Ephedra and Apricot Kernel and Gypsum and Licorice Decoction

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Supplemented Ephedra and Apricot Kernel and Gypsum and Licorice Decoction on acute bronchitis in children.Methods:A total of 82 children with acute bronchitis admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received con-ventional Western medicine treatment,while the observation group received Supplemented Ephedra and Apricot Kernel and Gypsum and Licorice Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement,the changes in TCM syndrome scores,T-lymphocyte subsets(including CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+),inflammatory cytokine levels[including C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]before and after treatment between the two groups were com-pared.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 95.12%,which was higher than 78.05%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,TNF-α,CRP,and IL-6 of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group's above indexes were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the levels of CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group's above indexes were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had a shorter recovery time for body temperature and disappearance time for cough,sputum,and lung rales compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Supplemented Ephedra and Apricot Kernel and Gypsum and Licorice Decoction and conventional Western medicine can improve the clinical symptoms of acute bronchitis in children,promote the disappearance of cough and sputum symptoms,restore normal body temperature,and enhance the immune function of the body.关键词
