The Medication Patterns of Li Renting in the Treatment of Lung Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the medication patterns of Professor Li Renting in the treatment of lung cancer.Methods:The lung canc-er patients who visited Professor Li Renting's clinic from January 1,2020 to December 31,2022 were collected to establish a medical re-cord database.After standardizing the data,high-frequency drug screening,Chinese medicinal properties statistics,and Chinese medici-nal efficacy classification statistics were performed.Drug association rules were summarized and a cluster analysis on high-frequency drugs was performed.Results:A total of 160 patients were included in the study,with 688 Chinese medicinal formulas and totaling 31 Chinese medicinals having a frequency of drug use≥100 times.The properties of Chinese medicinals are mostly warm.The medicinal taste is mainly sweet and bitter.The main effects are from phlegm-resolving,cough-stopping,asthma-relieving,deficiency-tonifying,and heat-clearing drugs.Association rule analysis revealed that the commonly used drug pairs were Maiya(Fructus Hordei Germinatus)-Shenqu(Massa Fermentata Medicinalis)-Sharen(Fructus Amomi),Sharen(Fructus Amomi)-Maiya(Fructus Hordei Germinatus)-Ful-ing(Poria)-Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae).Cluster analysis showed that Professor Li Renting's outpatient treatment of lung cancer drugs could be divided into three core combinations.Conclusion:Professor Li Renting's treatment of lung cancer emphasizes the main dialectical approach of staged treatment and strengthening the healthy to fight cancer.He not only banks up earth to benefit metal in order to generate both metal and water,but also resolves phlegm and removes blood stasis.关键词
