眩晕贴联合甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗痰浊型耳石症复位后残存头晕临床研究
Clinical Study on the Therapeutic Effect of Vertigo Patch Combined with Betahistine Mesylate Tablets in Treating Residual Dizziness of Phlegm-Turbidity Type Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo After Repositioning

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of vertigo patch combined with Betahistine Mesylate Tablets on residual dizziness of phlegm-turbidity type benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV)after repositioning.Methods:A total of 100 patients with residual dizziness after successful repositioning of BPPV and diagnosed with phlegm-turbidity syndrome who were admitted to the dizziness clinic of Miyun Campus of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Third Affiliated Hospital,Beijing from April to November 2023 were select-ed,and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were first given oral treatment with Betahistine Mesylate Tablets.Then the treatment group was also given vertigo patch applied to Dazhui(DU 14),while the control group was additionally given a placebo-made medicine patch applied to Dazhui(DU 14).The dizziness handicap inventory(DHI)scores,TCM syndrome scores,visual analog scale(VAS)scores,before treatment and after 3 days,7 days,and 14 days of treatment,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:Both groups showed improvement in total DHI score and each specific score,VAS score,and TCM syndrome scores over time.The total DHI score and each specific score,TCM syndrome scores,and VAS score of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group 7 days and 14 days after treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 96%,while that of the control group was 86%,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying the verti-go patch to Dazhui(DU14)combined with Betahistine Mesylate Tablets can improve the clinical efficacy of residual dizziness in BPPV patients with phlegm-turbidity syndrome after repositioning,enhance their quality of life.关键词
