中医药防治化疗后骨髓抑制研究进展
Research Progress in the Prevention and Treatment of Bone Marrow Suppression After Chemotherapy with TCM
摘要
Abstract
The commonly used treatment methods of TCM for preventing and treating bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy in-clude tonifying the kidney and generating marrow,invigorating the spleen and nourishing blood,detoxifying and promoting blood circula-tion,replenishing qi and nourishing yin,soothing and regulating the liver,etc.These methods have definite therapeutic effects,minimal adverse reactions,and can improve the quality of life of patients.However,at present,there are still many shortcomings in research,mainly including:There are few multicenter randomized double-blind controlled studies in clinical research that comply with the princi-ples of evidence-based medicine,and there is still a lack of unified standards and objective basis and norms for TCM syndrome differen-tiation and classification.The combined application of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the prevention and treat-ment of bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy is not sufficient.There is some clarification on the cellular and molecular levels of TCM in the treatment of bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy.However,due to the complexity of TCM formulas and ingredients,it is difficult to clarify the specific mechanism.Scientific evidence on the synergistic and therapeutic effects of combination therapy is relatively insufficient.In the future,it is necessary to further explore and study the clinical application prospects of TCM in the preven-tion and treatment of chemotherapy-induced bone marrow suppression,improve the quality of clinical research,and conduct in-depth re-search on the mechanism of TCM in combating chemotherapy-induced bone marrow suppression.关键词
