Abstract
Xi Jinping's Essential Thoughts on Party Building are the latest achievements of the siniciza-tion of Marxism party building theory system,and the theoretical crystallization of the laws of Marxist rul-ing party building in the new era.The"Thirteen Adherence"is a high degree of generalization of this es-sential thought.Effective party management,strong party governance and effective party building are im-portant manifestations of the improved quality of Marxist ruling party building.Generally,this theory en-hances the understanding of the laws of Marxist ruling party building from the three levels above.It crea-tively integrates systematic concepts and dialectical thinking into theoretical exposition.Xi Jinping's impor-tant Thoughts on Party Building provide a fundamental guideline for promoting the new great project of party building and the organizational work in the new era.It will scientifically guide the Marxist ruling party building to the truth of the special challenges that a large party like the CPC faces.关键词
