Modeling and experimental verification of isentropic efficiency for variable frequency rolling piston compressor under variable suction condition

通过变频滚动转子压缩机变吸气状态实验台,分析频率、压比、吸气过热度、吸气干度、蒸发温度和冷凝温度对等熵效率的影响机理以及变化规律,并建立变频滚动转子压缩机变吸气状态等熵效率模型.结果表明:等熵效率随压缩机吸气过热(10 K)至湿压缩段(吸气干度约0.9)不断减小,其减小幅度在8%—10%之间,且湿压缩段减小斜率大于吸气过热段;相同压缩机吸气状态,压缩机等熵效率分别随频率和压比的升高而减小,两者减小幅度均为非等比减小;相同压缩机吸气状态,冷凝温度变化对等熵效率的影响程度远高于蒸发温度.经实验验证,所建变频滚动转子压缩机变吸气状态等熵效率模型计算值与实验值最大相对误差和最小相对误差分别为1.85%、0.016 2%,证明该模型具有一定的可靠性.

The experimental platform for variable frequency rolling piston compressor under variable suction condition was established to analyze the influence mechanism and variation rule of compressor frequency,compression ratio,suction superheat,suction dryness,evaporation temperature and condensation temperature on isentropic efficiency.An isentropic efficiency model of variable frequency rolling piston compressor under variable suction condition was established.The results show that the isentropic efficiency of the compressor decreases continuously from the compressor suction superheat(10 K)to the wet compression stage(suction dryness about 0.9)with a decreased range from 8%to 10%,and the decrease slope in the wet compression stage is greater than that in the suction superheat stage.Under the same suction state of the compressor,the isentropic efficiency of compressor decreases with increasing frequency and compression ratio,respectively.The reduction amplitude of both is non proportional.Under the same suction state of compressor,the influence of condensation temperature change on the isentropic efficiency is much greater than that of the evaporation temperature.After experimental verification,the maximum relative error between the experimental and calculated values of the isentropic efficiency wet compression model for a rolling piston compressor is 1.85%,and the minimum relative error is 0.016 2%.Therefore,the model is proved to have a certain degree of reliability.
