摘要

Abstract

The hydration of cyclohexene to produce cyclohexanol is a crucial industrial process,however,the current technology is hindered by low conversion rates of cyclohexene.In this study,a SiO2-supported sulfonic acid catalyst(SiO2-SO3 H)was synthesized through the reaction between silica and chlorosulfonic acid,and its application in the indirect hydration of cyclohexene to cyclohexanol was investigated.The catalyst demonstrated high efficiency in catalyzing the reaction between cyclohexene and formic acid,resulting in a 98.0%conversion rate of cyclohexene with 98.0%selectivity towards cyclohexyl formate.Furthermore,under the influence of the catalyst,hydrolysis of cyclohexyl formate to produce cyclohexanol achieved a 90.5%conversion rate with 99.8%selectivity towards cyclohexanol.
