试验旨在探究不同精粗比饲粮对西藏地区娟珊牛泌乳性能、消化代谢、瘤胃发酵参数及免疫力的影响.采用单因素完全随机区组试验设计,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组饲粮精粗比为40∶60、50∶50、60∶40.结果表明:(1)Ⅲ组和Ⅱ组奶牛干物质采食量、产奶量和乳蛋白含量均显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05).Ⅱ组料奶比显著低于Ⅲ组和Ⅰ组(P<0.05).Ⅲ组和Ⅱ组奶牛乳脂率显著低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05).(2)Ⅲ组和Ⅱ组奶牛干物质(DM)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)和粗蛋白(CP)表观消化率显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05).(3)Ⅲ组奶牛瘤胃液中总挥发酸和丙酸比例显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05),Ⅱ组显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05).Ⅲ组和Ⅱ组氨态氮(NH3-N)和微生物蛋白(MCP)含量显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05).(4)Ⅲ组和Ⅱ组奶牛血清总蛋白(TP)含量显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05).Ⅲ组和Ⅱ组血清中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)的含量显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05).Ⅰ组白细胞介素4(IL-4)的含量显著低于Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组(P<0.05).Ⅰ组血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的含量显著高于Ⅲ组和Ⅱ组(P<0.05).综上所述,精粗比为50∶50和60∶40的日粮能够显著提高娟珊牛的产奶量,提高娟珊牛对营养物质的消化和吸收,并且能够提高娟珊牛的免疫抗炎能力.

To explore the effects of diets with different concentrate to forage ratios on the lactation per-formance,digestion and metabolism,rumen fermentation parameters and immunity of Jersey cattle in Ti-bet,the experiment adopted a single-factor completely randomized block trial design,with different con-centrate to roughage ratios(group Ⅰ,40∶60;group Ⅱ,50∶50,and group Ⅲ,60∶40).Results show:(1)The dry matter intake,milk production and milk protein content of dairy cows in group Ⅲ and Ⅱ were significantly higher than those in group Ⅰ(P<0.05).The ratio of feed to milk in group Ⅱ was signifi-cantly lower than that in group Ⅲ and Ⅰ(P<0.05).The milk fat rate of group Ⅲ and group Ⅱ was sig-nificantly lower than that of group Ⅰ(P<0.05).(2)The apparent digestibility of DM,NDF,ADF and CP in group Ⅲ and group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ(P<0.05).(3)The content of TVFA and the proportion of propionic acid in the rumen fluid of dairy cows in group Ⅲ were significantly higher than those in group Ⅱ(P<0.05),and that of group Ⅱ was significantly higher than group Ⅰ(P<0.05).The contents of NH3-N and MCP in group Ⅲ and Ⅱ were significantly higher than those in groupⅠ(P<0.05).(4)The TP content of dairy cows in group Ⅲ and Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ(P<0.05).Group Ⅲ and group Ⅱ had significantly higher content of serum IgA than group Ⅰ(P<0.05).IL-4 content in group Ⅰ was significantly lower than that in other two groups(P<0.05).The level of TNF-α in group Ⅰ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅲ and Ⅱ(P<0.05).In summary,diets with concentrate to roughage ratio of 50∶50 and 60∶40 can significantly increase the milk produc-tion of the Jersey cattle,improve the digestibility of nutrients,and improve its immunity and anti-inflam-matory ability.
