Application of Antioxidants in Cryopreservation of Milk Goat Semen
在奶山羊精液稀释液中添加抗氧化剂等能够抑制精液冷冻保存过程中活性氧(Rcactive oxygenspccics,ROS)的生成,并维持精液抗氧化系统的平衡,提高精液冷冻保存的质量.该文从奶山羊精子理化特性、精液冷冻保存、精子的氧化损伤以及不同抗氧化剂的应用进行综述,为研究奶山羊精子抗氧化损伤机制提供理论基础.
Adding antioxidants to semen diluents can suppress the generation of ROS during semen freezing preservation,maintain the balance of the semen antioxidant system,and improve the quality of semen freezing preservation.This article provides a review of the physical and chemical characteristics of goat sperm,semen freez-ing preservation,sperm oxidative damage,and the application of different antioxidants,in order to provide a theo-retical basis for further research on the mechanism of oxidative damage in goat sperm.
