摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of insufficient frequency modulation capacity of single variable speed pumping and storage and the secondary frequency drop caused by rotor speed recovery after frequency modulation of wind farm,a cooperative frequency modulation control strategy of wind farm and multi-distributed variable speed pumped storage is proposed.First,when frequency events occur in the power grid,the strategy provides support for the frequency of the power grid according to the wind speed of the wind farm and the adjustable capacity of multi-distributed variable speed pumped storage in the region.Then,in view of the problem of secondary frequency drop caused by rotor speed recovery after wind power frequency modulation,multi-distributed variable speed pumping provides power support to alleviate the secondary frequency drop during rotor speed recovery.Finally,taking a four-machine two-zone system with wind farm and distributed variable speed pumped storage as an example,the proposed control strategy is verified through Matlab/Simulink simulation to have better frequency modulation effect than wind farm and multi-distributed variable speed pumped storage independent frequency modulation.
