Abstract
Aiming to promote the systematic management of small and medium-sized rivers by taking the river basin as a unit,this paper deeply analyzes the current status and existing problems of cross-provincial river management in the Huaihe River region.Combining new-stage water management approaches,it proposes a cross-provincial small and medium-sized river man-agement plan and major measures from aspects such as implementing organizational forms and task division,coordinating man-agement standards,design flow and water level,and management models across different provinces.This provides a reference for promoting high-quality cross-provincial small and medium-sized river management in the Huaihe River region.关键词
