Detection of Virulence Genes in Escherichia coli from Deer in Northeast China
摘要
Abstract
Through understanding the distribution of the virulence genes in the Escherichia coli isolated from healthy deer in Northeast China,the prevention and control of Escherichia coli disease is further strengthened.Eight virulence genes of 257 strains of E.coli were detected by PCR.The results showed the detection rates of virulence genes fyuA,fimH,iucD and irp2 were 59.14%,78.21%,16.73%and 61.48%among the 257 strains tested,respectively,while the virulence genes iss,stx1,stx2 and eae were not detected.These results proved that the virulence gene of E.coli had certain latency.The results provide reference for improving the prevention and treatment of Escherichia coli disease.关键词
