乾华肉用美利奴羊生殖系统中β-防御素基因表达水平
Expression Level of β-defensin in the Female Reproductive System of Qianhua Mutton Merino

Abstract
β-defensin plays an important role in the innate immunity of reproductive organs of Qianhua mutton merino.In order to investigate the effect of β-defensin on the reproductive system of Qianhua mutton merino,total RNA was extracted from ovary,fallopian tube and cervix tissues of female Qianhua mutton merino.Primers were designed according to the cDNA sequence of β-defensin gene in NCBI,and the cDNA was synthesized by reverse transcription.Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect the expression level of β-defensin in the reproductive system of female Qianhua mutton merino.The results showed that β-defensin was expressed in ovaries,fallopian tubes and cervix of female Qianhua mutton merino,and the expression level in fallopian tube was the highest,followed by that in ovary,cervix was the lowest,and there was no significant difference in the expression level of reproductive organs(P＞0.05).It is suggested that β-defensin plays a role in innate immunity of reproductive system of female Qianhua mutton merino,which provides basis for revealing the disease resistance of reproductive disorder of female Qianhua mutton merino.关键词
