Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of systematic prescription review combined with pharmaceutical care on the rate of prescription failure and adverse events.Methods A total of 246 patients who received treatment in Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the study objects,among which 123 patients who had not used systematic prescription review and clinical pharmaceutical care from January to June 2019 were selected as the control group,and the routine antibiotic use guidance of Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University was adopted.A total of 123 patients who received systematic prescription review and clinical pharmaceutical care after June 2019 were included in the observation group,and they were given systematic prescription review and clinical pharmaceutical care.The rate of pre-scription failure,the occurrence of adverse events,the rate of medication error and compliance,and the satisfaction of pa-tients in the two groups were compared.Results The total compliance of patients in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of medication errors in the obser-vation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The failure rate of prescription in observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions and adverse events in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Systematic prescription review com-bined with pharmaceutical care can effectively improve patients'compliance,reduce the rate of prescription failure and the incidence of adverse events caused by prescription,effectively improve clinical drug safety,and greatly improve patients'satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
