Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Wenxin Granules on qi-yin deficiency type chronic heart failure.Meth-ods A total of 120 patients with chronic heart failure(qi-yin deficiency type)admitted to Yueyang People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conven-tional drugs,and the study group was treated with Wenxin Granules on this basis.The clinical effect and adverse reactions,multidimensional fatigue scale score,left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ven-tricular end-systolic diameter were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).No serious adverse reactions oc-curred in both groups.After treatment,the scores of multidimensional fatigue scale,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular end-systolic diameter of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the above indexes of the study group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).The left ventricular ejec-tion fraction of the two groups were higher after treatment than those before treatment,and the left ventricular ejection frac-tion of the study group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).Conclusion Wenxin Granules has high efficacy and safety in treating qi-yin deficiency type chronic heart failure,which can effectively reduce fatigue and improve heart function.关键词
