普罗帕酮致严重便秘1例报道
A case report of severe constipation caused by Propafenone
摘要
Abstract
Clinical studies of the adverse reactions of Propafenone mostly ignore gastrointestinal reactions,and there are no reports of adverse events such as severe constipation or mixed hemorrhoid incarceration.A case of arrhythmia was reported in this paper.The patient was treated with Propafenone Hydrochloride Tablets for three times,and the symptoms of consti-pation were repeated.According to the correlation between the patient's clinical manifestations and the duration of medica-tion,it was considered that Propafenone Hydrochloride Tablets caused severe constipation and mixed hemorrhoid incarcera-tion.It is suggested that the clinical application of Propafenone Hydrochloride Tablets should be started with a small dose according to the instructions,and the patients should be informed of the possible adverse reactions.If the adverse reactions still occur and can not be tolerated,the drug should be stopped in time or added with traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
