营养护理在老年肺癌合并肺结核患者中的应用效果
Application effect of nutrition nursing in elderly patients with lung cancer complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis

Abstract
Objective To explore the implementation strategy of nutritional care in elderly patients with lung cancer and pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with lung cancer combined with tuberculosis admitted to the Department of Cancer Oncology,Jiujiang Third People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received nutritional nursing intervention on the basis of this.The nutritional indexes,immune indexes and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Re-sults The body weight of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group,the difference was sta-tistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in levels of albumin,hemoglobin and prealbumin after nursing between the two groups(P＞0.05).The levels of CD3+and CD4+in the observation group after nursing were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant differ-ence in the quality of life score between the two groups before and after nursing(P＞0.05),and the quality of life score of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with lung cancer and pulmonary tuberculosis,nutritional nursing interventions can improve nutritional indicators,immune function,and quality of life,and are worthy of clinical adoption.关键词
