香菊制剂在鼻窦炎、中耳炎治疗中的临床应用研究进展
Progress of clinical application of Xiangju preparation in the treatment of sinusitis and otitis media

Abstract
Xiangju preparation is the general name of Xiangju tablets,Xiangju drops and Xiangju capsules.It is a Chinese patent medicine with different dosage forms developed by the same prescription,has the effect of clearing heat and detoxify-ing,dispelling wind,and is one of the commonly used drugs in ear,nose and thoat department.On the basis of previous lit-erature studies,this paper systematically reviewed the chemical composition,pharmacological activity,clinical efficacy and medication nursing of Xiangju preparation in sinusitis and otitis media in recent years by literature induction method.There are 137 chemical components identified in the preparation,mainly flavonoids,phenyl-propanoids and organic acids,etc.Its pharmacological activity is mainly through phenols,flavonoids,alkaloids and volatile oils and other compounds to play effi-cacy,and then show anti-inflammatory,deswelling and antibacterial effects.In terms of clinical application,Xiangju prepa-ration can be combined with a variety of therapeutic means to improve the total effective rate and significant efficiency of the treatment of sinusitis and otitis media,with safety and effectiveness,and appropriate medication nursing intervention can improve the therapeutic effect of patients.The pharmacodynamic substances,pharmacological activities and clinical appli-cation of Xiangju preparation in the treatment of sinusitis and otitis media were systematically described in this paper,which can provide scientific basis for the clinical application and promotion of Xiangju preparation.关键词
