国医大师杨震基于"相火理论"治疗代谢相关脂肪性肝病经验
Yang Zhen's experience in the treatment of metabolic associated fatty liver disease based on the theory of"ministerial fire"
摘要
Abstract
Metabolic associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD)refers to a metabolic disease in which liver fat metabolism dysfunction leads to excessive accumulation of fat.Yang Zhen believes that the causes of MAFLD mostly involve improper diet,imbalance of work and rest,worry and anger,emotional disorders,and physical weakness due to a prolonged illness,etc.,with its pathogenesis mainly featuring factors such as depression,heat,dampness,blood stasis,and phlegm causing damages to the liver and spleen,so that dampness,heat,stasis,and phlegm accumulate in the liver meridians and induce the disease.The disease is located in the liver and involves zang-fu viscera such as the spleen,stomach,and kidneys.Based on the theory of"ministerial fire",Yang Zhen applies the theories of stagnated heat ministerial fire,damp-heat ministerial fire,blood stasis-heat ministerial fire in the treatment of MAFLD,achieving significant therapeutic effects.A medical case is attached as evidence in this paper.关键词
