Differentiation and treatment of thyroid nodules from the perspectives of"qi depression,blood depression and phlegm depression"
摘要
Abstract
Thyroid nodule is a common thyroid space-occupying disease.In her many years of clinical practice,Piao Chunli differentiates and treats thyroid nodules from the perspectives of"qi,blood,and phlegm",believing that thyroid nodules are mainly caused by"qi depression,blood depression,and phlegm depression",and that the disease is commonly manifested as a syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency complicated by blood stasis in clinic.She primarily treats it by"regulating qi and resolving depression,promoting blood circulation and unblocking collaterals,and dispelling dampness and resolving phlegm".She develops a self-made Xiaoying Decoction,and pays attention to modifying it according to varying symptoms.关键词
