Exploration of the diagnostic significances of deep pulse generalized by Zhang Zhongjing
摘要
Abstract
This article mainly discusses deep pulse from five aspects:its historical evolution,its manifestations,physiological deep pulse,diagnostic significances of deep pulse expounded by Zhang Zhongjing and its modern clinical research.Deep pulse was first expounded in the Huangdi Neij ing,according to which the pulse is palpable only when pressed hard,and it indicates an affected location in the interior,and belongs to yin meridian.Seasonal changes,five zang-organs attributes,individual differences and other factors can lead to a physiological deep pulse.Deep pulse can signify diseases in diagnosis,covering interior deficiency syndromes such as yang deficiency syndrome and qi and blood deficiency syndrome,interior excess syndromes such as interior excessive heat syndrome and interior excessive cold syndrome,signify a syndrome of internal stagnation of fluid-dampness and a syndrome of qi-blood congestion and excessiveness,and signify superficies syndromes.Moreover,the paper discusses the sequelae and prognosis of diseases related to deep pulse.关键词
