参苓白术散联合穴位贴敷治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效观察
Observation on the therapeutic effect of Shenling Baizhu San combined with acupoint application therapy in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shenling Baizhu San in combination with acupoint application therapy in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea(IBS-D).Methods A total of 88 patients with IBS-D who visited the Department of Spleen and Stomach Diseases at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine from May 2022 to August 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 44 patients in each group.On the basis of daily diet control and moderate exercise,the control group received loperamide hydrochloride,while the study group received a combined treatment with Shenling Baizhu San and acupoint application.After a 28-day treatment cycle,the treatment effect was comprehensively evaluated in the two groups.Results The clinical treatment effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group in terms of overall effective rate(P<0.05),and the improvement in abdominal distension,defecation frequency and character,and degree of abdominal pain was better in the study group than that of the control group(P<0.05).Prior to the treatment intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the baseline levels of serum serotonin(5-HT)and neuropeptide Y(NPY)(P>0.05).After the treatment cycle,the above indicators showed a downward trend in both groups,while the improvement in the study group was more significant,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).A follow-up was conducted on patients with effective treatment in the two groups,and the recurrence rate in the study group was 4.76%(2/42),lower than that in the control group(20.00%,7/35)(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenling Baizhu San in combination with acupoint application has a significant therapeutic effect on IBS-D patients,with significant advantages in improving clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators,and with a lower recurrence rate.关键词
