补阳还五汤联合脊柱定点旋转复位手法干预颈型颈椎病的临床研究
Clinical study of Buyang Huanwu Tang combined with spinal fixed-point rotation reduction manipulations in the intervention of cervical spondylopathy

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of Buyang Huanwu Tang combined with spinal fixed-point rotation reduction manipulations on the physiological curvature and inflammatory cytokine levels of cervical spine in patients with cervical spondylopathy.Methods A total of 100 patients with cervical spondylopathy admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with traction,while the observation group was treated with a combination of Buyang Huanwu Tang and spinal fixed-point rotation reduction manipulations on the basis of the control group treatment.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The improvement of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,the Neck Disability Index(NDI)scores,the Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores,the cervical physiological curvature,the ROM in all directions,and the inflammatory factor indicators were observed before and after treatment in the two groups of patients,and their total effective rate and treatment safety were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of various TCM syndromes,NDI scores,VAS scores,and inflammatory factor indicators were decreased in both groups,and the observation group exhibited lower scores and indicator levels than the control group(P<0.05).The physiological curvature and ROM of the cervical spine were increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(92.0%)was higher than that of the control group(76.0%)(P<0.05).Neither group experienced any treatment-related adverse reactions.Conclusion The combination of Buyang Huanwu Tang and spinal fixed-point rotation reduction manipulations can alleviate the clinical symptoms in patients with cervical spondylopathy,inhibit inflammatory responses in them,improve the physiological curvature of cervical spine,enhance cervical mobility,having a clear therapeutic effect and good safety.关键词
