基于经筋理论探讨针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病
Discussion on the acupuncture therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy based on the meridian theory

Abstract
Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR),also known as arthralgia-type cervical spondylosis,is the most common type of cervical spondylosis with the higher incidence in clinic.Cervical spondylosis belongs to the categories of"nape arthralgia"and"arthralgia syndrome"in traditional Chinese medicine,and its main causes feature the invasion of wind,cold and dampness.In order to clarify the effectiveness of acupuncture treatment for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy based on the meridian theory,this study searches the relevant literature included in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)in recent years,finding that acupuncture treatment for CSR based on the meridian theory can regulate local qi and blood,alleviate the inflammation in the affected soft tissue,and effectively relieve muscle ischemia and hypoxia caused by pain.The paper points out the broad application prospect of acupuncture therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylosis based on the meridian theory,in a bid to provide new ideas and methods for promoting the development of integrated Chinese and western medicine.关键词
