Abstract
Aimed at the problem of complex calculation and heavy workload in describing metal flow deformation by dynamic remeshing method in fused deposition modeling(FDM),a finite element analysis method for temperature field in FDM continuous extrusion process is proposed.By using the successive element method to analyze the stress of the fuse in the extrusion groove,the heat flux on each contact surface of the aluminum wire and the groove was determined,and the mathematical model of the finite element analysis of the temperature field was established.The heat flux equivalent method was used to analyze the metal flow deformation,which could reduce the calculation time and improve the CPU utilization.The temperature field in the extrusion nozzle was simulated by using the finite element analysis software,and the contour map of the temperature field in the extrusion groove at different speeds was obtained.The simulation results show that the temperature field is evenly distributed and the overall state is stable during the extrusion forming process,which ensures the forming quality.After the improvement,the program running time is reduced by 30.9%,and the CPU utilization is optimized by 17.3%.关键词
