摘要

Abstract

A total of 79 SSR markers(including 48 markers recommended in the SSR identification standard for rice authenticity(GB/T 39917-2021))were used to analyze the genetic diversity of 230 Japonica rice varieties approved and promoted in Jiangsu province from 1989 to 2021.The results showed that a total of 599 polymorphic fragments were am-plified by 79 SSR markers in the test materials,and an average of 8 polymorphic loci(3-19 amplitude variations)were detected by a single marker,and 38 SSR markers had a high polymorphism information content(PIC)in the tested variety population,with an average of 0.55(0.009-0.813 amplitude variation).The mean genetic similarity coefficient among the tested varieties was 0.605(with a variation of 0.330-0.971),indicating that the genetic relationship between Ja-ponica rice varieties in Jiangsu was generally close.The genotype data of variety markers were clustered and analyzed,and the tested Japonica rice varieties were divided into 10 groups,of which the number of varieties in the 10th group ac-counted for 80.9%,and most of them were bred in the last five years,indicating that the genetic diversity among Japoni-ca rice varieties currently promoted in Jiangsu was lower.The genetic diversity among medium-ripening Japonica varieties was generally higher than that of late-maturing Japonica,early-maturing late Japonica and medium-maturing late Japon-ica,and the genetic similarity between medium-maturing and late Japonica varieties and the other three ecotypes was the lowest.The genetic similarity between varieties showed a significant increasing trend with the advancement of time,and the genetic similarity between most varieties bred in the past five years was significantly higher than that of the previous varieties,and the genetic composition of the varieties bred ten years ago changed significantly.In terms of different units,there were large genetic differences between the varieties bred by Jiaxing academy of agricultural sciences,Taihu regional institute of agricultural sciences,Lianyungang academy of agricultural sciences,Huaiyin academy of agricultural sciences of Xuhuai region,Jiangsu province,and Suqian research institute of Jiangsu academy of agricultural sciences,as well as between varieties bred by other nine major units.This study will provide a theoretical reference for the selection of parents in Japonica rice breeding in Jiangsu province and the cultivation of new Japonica rice varieties with rich genetic diversity.
