基于CiteSpace的心理痛苦相关研究可视化分析
Visual analysis of psychological distress related research based on CiteSpace

Abstract
Objective:To understand the overall situation of research fields on psychological distress of patients in China,and analyze the research development and research hot spots,so as to provide reference for relevant research.Methods:The relevant research articles on psychological distress included in China Knowledge psychological distress Network(CNKI),VIP,Wanfang and CBM were searched by computer until April 25th,2023.NoteExpress software was used for merger and deduplication,and CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software was used to map and analyze the knowledge of authors,institutions and keywords.Results:A total of 667 articles were included,which were from 230 journals,among which Journal of Nursing Science and Modern Nurse published the most articles,with 25 articles.The number of papers published in the field of psychological distress is on the rise,and the high-frequency keywords are"influencing factors"and"quality of life".It is a research trend to pay attention to the negative emotions of different high-risk groups,actively give social support,narrative nursing and other psychological intervention strategies.Conclusions:In recent years,the number of papers on psychological distress has gradually increased,but most of the research focuses on cross-sectional investigation,but lacks longitudinal research.In the future,we need to actively explore new psychological intervention strategies and track the development track of psychological distress in order to identify the degree of psychological distress of patients at an early stage and take intervention measures to improve the quality of life.关键词
