Abstract
Objective:To systematically evaluate the rehabilitation effect of Liuzijue on stroke patients.Methods:A computer retrieval was conducted in CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP Database,CBM,the Cochrane Library,PubMed,Web of Science and CINAHL Complete,the retrieval times from inception to August 1st,2023.The included articles were evaluated according to the Cochrane manual 5.1.0 quality evaluation criteria,and Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 statistical software.Results:A total of 9 studies involving 682 patients were included.The results showed that Liuzijue could improve FEV1[MD=0.50,95％CI(0.13,0.88),P＜0.001],FVC[MD=0.43,95％CI(0.24,0.61),P＜0.001],PEF[MD=5.14,95％CI(2.08,8.21),P＜0.001],MIP[MD=8.78,95％CI(5.04,12.52),P＜0.001],MEP[MD=10.85,95％CI(4.77,16.94),P＜0.001],activities of daily living[MD=6.33,95％CI(4.21,8.46),P＜0.001],quality of life[MD=50.14,95％CI(21.52,78.76),P＜0.001].Conclusions:Liuzijue can improve the pulmonary function,activities of daily living,quality of life of stroke patients,but this conclusion still needs to be verified by larger sample and more randomized controlled trials with higher quality.关键词
