Meta-analysis of the incidence and influencing factors of kinesiophobia in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention

Abstract
Objective:To systematically evaluate the incidence and influencing factors of kinesiophobia in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)using by Meta-analysis,in order to provide an evidence-based basis for early screening and prevention of kinesiophobia.Methods:The databases including PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,the Cochrane library,CNKI,Sinomed,Wanfang,VIP were systematically searched,the search time was from the inception of databases until August 31,2023.All literatures screening,relevant data extraction,and quality evaluation were independently conducted by two researchers.RevMan 5.3 software and Stata14.0 software were used for Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 21 articles were included,including 4 251 patients.The Meta-analysis results showed that the incidence of kinesiophobia in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention was 50%.The statistically significant influencing factors were age,monthly family income,education level,time after stent implantation,negative emotions,negative coping,self-efficacy,negative disease cognition;The influence factor with standardized mean difference as effect size and the influence factor with statistical difference in effect size was gender combined with SMD was gender.Conclusions:The incidence of kinesiophobia in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention is high and is influenced by various factors.Medical staff should conduct early prevention screening and intervention to reduce the incidence of kinesiophobia in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention.关键词
