冠状动脉旁路移植术后病人Ⅰ期康复分级化运动方案的构建与应用
Construction and application of graded exercise program for primary rehabilitation after coronary artery bypass grafting

Abstract
Objective:To construct a graded exercise program for primary rehabilitation after coronary artery bypass grafting and explore its clinical effect.Methods:Through evidence-based and expert meetings,a graded exercise plan for Phase I rehabilitation of patients after coronary artery bypass grafting was constructed.Conveniently,a total of 45 patients were selected as the control group and another 45 patients as the intervention group.The patients in control group received routine nursing after cardiac surgery,while the patients in intervention group received routine nursing and graded exercise.Before and after the intervention,the Chinese Cardiovascular Quality of Life Questionnaire for Cardiovascular Patients(CQQC),the Barthel Index Scale,and the Rivermead Exercise Index were used to evaluate and compare the quality of life,activities of daily living,and exercise function of the patients in the two groups,and to compare the time of the first time to get out of bed,the length of hospitalization,and the incidence of complications in the two groups after the operation,respectively.Results:After intervention,the scores of quality of life,activities of daily living and motor function in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05),the first time of getting out of bed,the length of hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.0 5).Conclusions:Graded exercise program of stage I rehabilitation after coronary artery bypass grafting can effectively promote the recovery of daily activities and exercise ability,shorten hospital stay,reduce complications and improve quality of life.关键词
