胃癌病人围术期营养管理方案的构建
Construction of perioperative nutritional management plan for gastric cancer patients

Abstract
Objective:To construct a perioperative nutritional management program for gastric cancer patients.Methods:A research team was established to form the first draft of the perioperative nutritional management plan for gastric cancer patients through literature and evidence,and 15 experts in related specialties were consulted by Delphi correspondence to further modify and improve the perioperative nutritional management plan for gastric cancer patients.Results:A total of 2 rounds of expert consultation were conducted.The questionnaire recovery rates of the 2 rounds of expert consultation were 88.24%and 100.00%,the expert authority coefficients of the 2 rounds were 0.827 and 0.833,and the Kendall harmony coefficients of the 2 rounds were 0.178 and 0.180(all P<0.001).Finally,a perioperative nutrition management program for gastric cancer patients was formed,which included 5 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators,and 31 third-level indicators,including nutritional management mode for gastric cancer patients,preoperative nutritional intervention for gastric cancer patients,postoperative nutritional intervention for gastric cancer patients,monitoring and nursing of nutritional support,and nutritional guidance after discharge.Conclusions:The established perioperative nutrition management scheme for gastric cancer patients is scientific,reliable and practical.关键词
