基于CiteSpace的我国心脏移植护理研究的可视化分析

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the literature publication,research hotspot and research trend of heart transplantation in China,and provide reference for the related research of heart transplantation nursing.Methods:Using CNKI,Wanfang Database and VIP database as search sources,the search for"heart transplantation"and"nursing"was conducted from the establishment of the database to December 31,2022.After preliminary screening,the results were exported to NoteExpress for de-replay and imported into CiteSpace 5.8R3 software for literature visualization.The author,institution and key words of the literature were analyzed.Results:A total of 766 articles were selected from 256 journals,the most of which was published in the Journal of Nurse Training(34 articles).The author with the most papers was Xu Fen(14 papers),and the research institution was Union Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology(38 papers).The high-frequency keywords were"kidney transplantation"(31 times),"perioperative period"(26 times),and"cardiopulmonary bypass"(24 times).The research focused on multi-organ combined transplantation,perioperative period,cardiopulmonary bypass,etc,and the research frontier was quality of life and psychological intervention.Conclusions:There are few papers on heart transplantation nursing in China,and there is less cooperation among authors and institutions,which can be strengthened in the future.Moreover,this study did not include relevant foreign studies,so a more comprehensive analysis can be carried out in the future to promote the further development of this field.关键词
