文献计量学视角下虚拟现实技术在疼痛及焦虑控制领域中的应用
Application of virtual reality technology in pain and anxiety control from perspective of bibliometrics

Abstract
Objective:This study aims to explore the research status,development trend and research hotspots of virtual reality(VR)in the field of pain and anxiety control,and provide reference for researchers to track cutting-edge information.Methods:CNKI and Web of Science Core Collection(WoSCC)were used as data sources to search for relevant literature on the use of VR technology to relieve pain and anxiety from January 1,2007 to May 25,2023.Visual analysis through CiteSpace,VOSviewer,and Microsoft Excel.Results:A total of 1 261 relevant literatures was included after screening,including 210 Chinese literatures and 1 051 English literatures.In the past 10 years,the number of publications in this field has increased gradually.Foreign research has been extended to the treatment of anxiety and fear-related disorders in different populations and the management of operation-related pain.Domestic research focuses on the application of VR technology in rehabilitation training for neurological diseases,analgesia during childbirth and relief of procedure-related pain and anxiety in children.Conclusions:China's research in this field still needs to make breakthroughs in quantity and quality,and relevant research can be further explored on the basis of previous research,and open up new medical models with new era and new technologies,in order to provide more intelligent,efficient and high-quality medical services.关键词
