Research progress on conservative kidney management in patients with end-stage renal disease
摘要
Abstract
The concept,necessity,clinical practice and quality evaluation of conservative kidney management were reviewed,The core elements,symptom management,complication management,decision aid,prognosis assessment and communication,and specific measures of advance medical care plan were elaborated,in order to improve the cognition and understanding of medical staff on conservative kidney management and grasp the standards of nursing practice.To provide a reference for the development of conservative kidney management in China,and improve the quality of life and care outcomes of patients with end-stage renal disease.关键词
