微信AI+IMB智慧方案对先天性胫骨假关节患儿家庭抗逆力的效果观察
Observation on the effect of WeChat AI+IMB wisdom program on family resilience of children with congenital pseudarthrosis tibia

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of WeChat AI+IMB program wisdom program on family resilience of children with congenital pseudarthrosis tibia.Methods:A total of 88 children with congenital pseudarthrosis tibia in tertiary A hospital from April to December 2023 were selected as the main caregivers by convenience sampling method,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 44 in each group.The observation group adopted WeChat AI+IMB wisdom solution;the control group was treated with routine nursing plan.The post-traumatic growth,family resilience and nursing burden of primary caregivers were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the post-traumatic growth and family resilience of the main caregivers in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the nursing burden was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions:WeChat AI+IBM wisdom program provides more comprehensive and personalized medical services and support,instant information support,telemedicine service,social support and information sharing for the main caregivers of children with congenital pseudarthrosis tibia,improves the post-traumatic growth level of the main caregivers and family resilience,and reduces the nursing burden.关键词
