摘要

Abstract

In order to investigate the effect of polyphosphoric acid(PPA)as an amendment on the high and low temperature properties and ag-ing properties of asphalt.In this paper,the softening point,ductility and viscosity of modified asphalt with different PPA content were tested to analyze the improvement effect of PPA on asphalt properties.The results show that PPA can significantly improve the softening point of asphalt and enhance its deformation resistance at high temperature.At low temperature,PPA reduces the brittleness point of modified asphalt and im-proves the toughness and crack resistance.In addition,the addition of PPA slows down the aging process of asphalt,maintains its viscosity and elasticity,and extends its service life.
