Abstract
In order to improve the mechanical properties of prefabricated reinforced concrete beams,two-point loading method was used to compare and analyze the failure model, load bearing capacity and load deflection curves of prefabricated whole beams and composite beams. The results show that a large number of micro-cracks occur in the failure process of the layered pouring+reinforced beams, and the oblique cracks begin to appear horizontal displacement at the interface. The cracking load and ultimate load of monolithic prefabricated beams are 17.1%and 3.2%lower than those of laminated beams, respectively, and the maximum deflection is 30.8%lower.In a word, the composite concrete beams with layered pouring and interlocking reinforcement can bear higher load level and lower deformation, and the bearing capacity and deformation resistance are better than that of the whole poured beams.关键词
