继续教育未来发展方向及对策研究
Research on the Future Development Direction and Countermeasures of Continuing Education
摘要
Abstract
Continuing education plays an important role in enhancing personal vocational skills and promoting social development.Through analyzing the current situation and existing problems in the development of continuing education,this paper points out that China's continuing education faces issues such as insufficient investment,uneven quality and standards,and an imperfect mechanism.Based on the literature reviews and empirical research methods,and upon summarizing beneficial experiences,this paper predicts the future development direction for continuing education.It proposes countermeasures such as"adopting a demand-oriented approach and emphasizing practical skill cultivation","increasing investment and improving the continuing education policy system","optimizing the structure of continuing education and arranging flexible training schedules","innovating the form of continuing education to meet diversified needs","strengthening international cooperation and exchanges to enhance global influence",and"refining the continuing education evaluation system to improve training quality".The aim is to provide references and insights for the development of continuing education in China.关键词
