数字劳动时代高校劳动教育价值体系重构
Reconstruction of the Value System of Labor Education in Universities in the Digital Labor Era
摘要
Abstract
With the advent of the digital economy era,contemporary production labor activities have transformed into digital labor activities.There-fore,the labor education in higher education institutions also needs to keep up with the development trend of the times,actively reconstructing the labor education model,leveraging the advantages of digital labor models,and completing tasks in diversified forms and values.Therefore,the focus needs to be put on cultivating students'correct labor values.It is suggested to optimize students'digital labor creativity,and promote the formation of healthy labor relationships among college students.Based on the three levels of systems:labor education form system,participation subject structure system,and labor education spatiotemporal system,by strengthening activity guidance,reforming curriculum system,and further exploring practical bases for digital labor,we can foster college students to form a correct concept of digital labor,to lay a solid foundation for the cultivation of morality and socialist successors in universities and colleges in the new era.关键词
