Abstract

In order to solve the problem that the number of industrial robots in college teaching is far from meeting students'learning needs,the virtual simulation platform of robot system is taken as the research object,3D model required by the platform is established with SolidWorks,the simulation system by Robot Studio software is built,and the overall layout design of the simulation workstation is carried out.At the same time,the Smart component of workstation is designed.In addition,the I/O signal connection between the robot system and each Smart component is established,and the workstation logic connection and Rapid program are created to simulate the whole process simulation effect of the robot picking up the blank from the feed table,the robot loading and unloading the material,and the final workpiece continuously transmitted on the conveyor belt.The simulation results show that the simulation workstation can accurately simulate the dynamic effect of robot loading and unloading,and can successfully complete the predetermined work program,and achieve the same loading and unloading process as the real platform.The construction of the simulation platform provides a variety of choices for industrial robot teaching in colleges and universities,makes up for the shortage of industrial robots in colleges and universities,and can also be applied to visual control in industrial production,which has good application value and broad development prospects.
