Abstract

In order to solve the problem of single scanning function and low degree of automation of medical record scanning equipment,TRIZ theory related tools are used to improve and optimize the design of medical record scanning equipment.According to the principle of resolving contradiction and conflict in TRIZ theory,the innovative design of the clamping module and the page flipping module of the medical record scanner is carried out to solve the existing contradiction and conflict in the system.The"substance-field model"of the base of the medical record scanner is studied,and the deficiencies of the"substance-field model"of the existing scanning devices are analyzed.Referring to the standard solution of the substance-field model analysis,the specific design method of the base is determined,enabling the medical record scanner to achieve full-process automation.Finally,the designed medical record scanner is modeled and assembled using the 3D modeling software SolidWorks,and the page flipping structure is analyzed using SolidWorks Motion.The analysis shows that the structure can achieve the function of automatic page flipping,improve efficiency and automation level,and preliminarily validate the rationality of the scanner design.The medical record scanner has a high space utilization rate and a relatively high level of automation,providing a feasible approach for further design of medical record scanning devices.
