Development of Teaching Experiment and Training Platform of Intelligent Manufacturing Based on Digital Twin

Abstract
Facing the demand of intelligent,networked and digital transformation in the equipment manufacturing industry,the application of new generation information technology in research and development design teaching has become a trend.By studying the physical layer,virtual layer,simulation software and technical resources of its system,various digital twin prototypes and environments are built,and an intelligent manufacturing teaching and experimental training platform based on digital twins is developed.Through digital twin technology,modular design and simulation methods such as mechanical,electrical and software are adopted to synchronously achieve bidirectional control verification between hard in the loop and soft in the loop.Realize complete product design and optimization,product component planning and verification,digital manufacturing process simulation,virtual debugging,judgment and verification of PLC logic signals.The platform effectively solves the real-time verification of virtualization before physical production,shortens the development cycle of complex equipment,reduces development costs,and improves equipment performance and reliability.By simulating multiple application scenarios such as unit structures,equipment production lines and factories during the teaching process,problems such as real demonstration teaching time and equipment recovery are avoided,effectively compensating for shortcomings such as insufficient teaching resources,inability to see,enter and high danger in experimental and practical training.关键词
