Abstract

The work aims to integrate CAD technology into the design modeling and simulation of conjugate cam multi link mechanism for taking and placing packaging cases.The Top-Down method is used to design the multi link mechanism based on the SolidWork sketch.It is reverse designed for conjugate cam contour application the Motion plug-in.Considering the collision contact between cam and roller,the contact force is added and simulated based on ADAMS.The simulation results show that the set action of taking and placing the packaging box and unpacking can be realized,and the error is small.The maximum angular acceleration of the swing arm of the conjugate cam mechanism is 58°/s2,and the flexible impact.Considering the contact collision between the cam and the roller,the angular acceleration of the swing arm is greatly affected,and the maximum value is 1 398°/s2,and the contact force appears jumping phenomenon.The design method is convenient and accurate,eliminating cumbersome calculations.Considering that contact and collision will affect the operating stability of the mechanism,it provides a basis for the optimization of the cam curve of the mechanism,and also provides an effective design method for the research and development of related products.
